I took part in a recent panel discussion on whether designers should learn to code. I was on the side that the designers should have a good understanding of code and what makes up the web, but refrain from touching the stuff. I have always thought it’s important for a designer not limit they creativity too early on by believing that something isn’t possible or difficult to do. If a designer thinks that he will have to code the layouts himself he maybe reluctant to do anything very creative or out of the box that may cause problems. Sorry to the developers reading this! It’s just got to be your problem
