Building on the knowledge gained through the UX Seminar, this 1 day facilitated workshop will explore the UX lifecycle in more detail including how it can be adopted by organisations striving to deliver the best possible user experience. Hosted by one of our principal consultants, the workshop can include a practical example of user experience in action based on a relevant application, product or service currently in use. This workshop is relevant for organisations who see the value in UX but require help understanding how to best implement the UX lifecycle and should ideally be attended by all current team members who will have an involvement in user experience improvements.

This 90 minute seminar will introduce delegates to the role of user experience within traditional product development processes. Using the UX lifecycle, howard baines will demonstrate how and where UX can be applied to continuously improve the way in which companies interact with their customers and other key stakeholders.
